Mathilde Damon is partner in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice.

Mathilde Damon spent six years as a lawyer at Bredin Prat in Brussels and in Paris. In 2009, she joined the French State’s Shareholding Agency, where she was head of Legal. She joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2013.

As a competition lawyer, Mathilde has also developed a practice in a wide range of public law and corporate law matters and has a practical understanding of business issues, developed as a director representing the French State on a number of boards.
