Antoine Bonnasse founded BDGS Associés in 2013 and is partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice.

He began his career at Gide in 1986 where he became partner in 1996. He was seconded, as legal advisor, to the Economic Development Mission of the French Embassy in Washington DC (1987-1988).

His practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions (listed and unlisted companies), corporate and financial engineering, industrial restructurings, securities law, private equity and M&A litigation.
