Florian Bosser

Admitted to the Paris Bar (2024).

Florian Bosser is partner in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice.

He began his career as a magistrate at the Cour des comptes, within the first chamber, which has jurisdiction over financial, budgetary and tax matters. From 2020 to 2022, he served as an adviser in the office of the Prime Minister, Jean Castex.

Florian advises French and international companies on all aspects of French and EU competition law, with particular expertise in State aid and merger control.

He regularly assists clients with complex regulatory matters, notably in the transport, banking, energy and media sectors.

He also frequently represents clients in European foreign direct investment (FDI) screening procedures, in France and in other jurisdictions.
