Juliette Pardessus is an associate in BDGS Associés’s Tax practice, focusing on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, real estate transactions and management packages.
She joined BDGS Associés in 2025 after completing numerous internships in Paris with French and English law firms, and in the tax department of a CAC 40 company. She also taught contract law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
