Marc Loy is partner in BDGS Associés’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice.

Prior to joining BDGS Associés in 2014, he was partner at Linklaters (1998-2014) and Gide (1996-1998).

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience in transactions concerning listed companies (takeovers, public exchange offers) and cross-border transactions. He also advises on shareholder disputes and, more generally, securities law.
