Maria Trabucchi is partner in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice.

She joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2016. She was previously partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2009-2016) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (2008-2009).

She advises French and international companies on all aspects of competition law: complex merger control procedures, cartel investigations, antitrust litigation, follow-on damages claims, State aid and distribution law.

Her practice encompasses counselling, litigation and transactional matters across an array of industries. She represents clients before the European and French competition authorities and courts.
