Florian Dessault is partner in BDGS Associés’s Dispute Resolution practice.
He joined BDGS Associés in 2020 and was promoted to partner in 2026. Prior to that, he practised at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Paris.
He advises and represents companies and their senior executives before French commercial and civil courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals.
His practice focuses in particular on complex business litigation (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, contractual disputes), and he has developed recognised expertise in handling sensitive disputes involving regulatory or competition law issues.
Florian is the author of numerous articles published in academic law journals, notably on in futurum investigative measures.
