Antoine Bonnasse, partner, practices in BDGS Associés’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law department.

He began his career at Gide in 1986. He was seconded, as legal advisor, to the Economic Development Mission of the French Embassy in Washington DC (1987-1988), before rejoining Gide’s mergers and acquisitions department, where he became partner in 1996 before cofounding BDGS Associés in 2013.

Antoine’s practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions (listed and unlisted companies), corporate and financial engineering, industrial restructurings, securities law, private equity, and M&A litigation.
