Jérôme Fabre is partner in BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice.

He worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LPP’s Paris and London offices (2005-2009) and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Paris office (2001-2004 and 2009-2015 as counsel). He joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2016.

Jérôme has significant experience in all aspects of EU and French competition law, including anticompetitive practices, complex merger transactions and distribution law.

He regularly represents clients before the French and European courts and authorities in a wide array of industries.
