Kyum Lee is partner in BDGS Associés’s Dispute Resolution practice.

He joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2018 after twelve years at Weil Gotshal & Manges.

A well-known professional of corporate litigation, Kyum Lee advises and represents his clients before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

His practice has a particular focus on shareholder conflicts, pre/post-acquisition litigation, and on investigatory measures falling under the scope of Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.

He also has significant experience in financial litigation and in collective procedure litigation. He also represents corporations and their directors in white-collar criminal matters.
